📶 Wi-Fi Connection Help
Having trouble connecting your dash cam? Follow these steps to resolve most issues:
🔹 1. Check App Permissions
Ensure the app has permission to access:

Location
-
Wi-Fi
-
Bluetooth
You can adjust these in your phone’s Settings.
🔹 2. Remove and Re-add Your Device

Open the app
-
Delete the dash cam from your device list

Reconnect it
🔹 3. Update the App
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
🔹 4. Forget & Reconnect to Wi-Fi
On your phone:

Go to Settings > WLAN

Find the dash cam’s network

Tap Forget
-
Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network
🔹 5. Turn Off Mobile Data (Android)
If you use an Android phone, switch off mobile data before connecting to your dash cam’s Wi-Fi.
🔹 6. Confirm Permissions Again
Double-check that Location, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth permissions are still enabled.
🔹 7. Reset to Factory Settings

Restore the dash cam to factory settings

Remove it from the app
-
Re-add the device
🔹 8. Disable VPN
If you have a VPN active on your phone, turn it off before connecting.

This will erase all settings. After reset, the Wi-Fi password will default to:

Reset Button:
If your dash cam has a reset pinhole, use a pin or SIM ejector tool to press and hold it. -
